SA44784 Workaround XML import Error : Import failed: XML import failed

need help with Workaround for SA44784.   Any ideas? 

Running Current version: 9.0R4 (build 64055) 
When I import ps-pcs-sa-44784-workaround-2104.xml as described in the workaround section

Well, read the fine print. in the Limitations of the workaround is says 

"Limitations:

• Workaround-2014.xml does not work 9.0R1 - 9.0R4.1 or 9.1R1-9.1R2. If your PCS is running one of these versions, upgrade before doing the import."

Good grief!  

Must upgrade to implement the workaround.

yes, unfortunately, that feature was not present until 9.0R5 & 9.1R3
