SA4500 6.4R1 Citrix template and csg-server (SSL error 40)

Hi.

I keep getting the "The Citrix SSL Relay name could not be resolved (SSL error 40)" when using a Citrix Web template going to a csg-server.  This was a known problem back in early 2008.  Anyupdates or solutions for this?
