SA4500 - 6.5R2 - Netconnect - System local versus AD Authenticated Users

I have an SA4500 Cluster on 6.5R2 - I have a problem using Netconnect for local system authenticated users (survivability). Log in is fine, I start netconnect and it fires up, gets a valid IP Address and starts passing packtes. However I receive 0 received packets. When I run the Netconnect Diagnostics from the client (XP SP3), the DNS and WINS servers fail the ping test.. which I expect with 0 replies received. When I replay the scenario from a user through AD authentication, netconnect works fine? Our AD Environment is Windows Server 2008. Any thoughts? Bill White

Are you using the same exact role for both login types? Local vs AD authentication has nothing to do with what access you get with Network Connect, it only changes how you log in. This makes me more inclined to think you may be using different roles for each type and they're not the same.
