SA4500 Bandwidth Issue

I have all Juniper network Infra.

Going through the SSL-VPN device and sftp to my J6530, and EX4200 I only get 20Kbps. bandwidth pipe for ftp or uploading code to the routers and switches.

Now if I by pass the SSL-VPN deivce and sftp direct to my ISP router I get 200Kbps.

For a crazier test I opended 10 sftp sessions to all network devices and they all were 20Kbps a peice.. So it seems like the SA-4500 is restricting the bandwidth per session to 20K, but the Bandwiths settings I found were global which are set to 3Mbps.

Any ideas, is thier a defualt per bandwidth session setting I'm hitting... FYI - Im using Filezilla for my sftp client.

it might sound weired but try a diffrent sftp client i have had same kind of issues with filezilla.

Very intersting, what sftp client did you switch ?? I will give it a try.
