SA4500 Certificte issue

Hi ,

 

Any one know self-signed certificate will be encripted with key lenght 1024bit or 2048 bit and where can i Verify it on SA box.

 

If its 1024 bit is there any way to generate it with 2048 bit key lenght .

 I checked my lab device and confirmed it was 1024-bit.

 

You can confirm this by going to Configuration > Certificates > Device Certificates.  Click on the name of the device certificates and click the arrow next to "Details: Other Certificate Details".  There should be a value that states:

 

Public Key Bits: 1024

You can create a 2048-bit cert through your own CA or public CA after creating a 2048-bit CSR. You can't redo the self-signed certificate on a running system
