SA4500 box , not able to download pdf files

Hi ,

I m getting error - "MSTD8003serr:can not connect into database. all windows will be closed"

it was working before , recently shifted it to another server , using sameurl .

SA4500 version 6.3R4(build 14121)

Hi,

Can you eloborate the issue for better understanding

1. Do u see this issue  by cliking a link or a web bookmark ? What feature you are using for this PDF file access in the IVE?

2. This looks like configuration issue since you are saying that the same link was working in another IVE.
