SA4500 to PSA5000

Dear community,

I have SA4500 with user licenses.

As you may already know, PSA5000 had end of sales on Jan 15th 2023.

I have my.pulsesecute account and I can see SA4500 and user license assets.

Can I enter Authcide for new PSA5000, then convert SA4500 user licenses for PSA5000?

I think licensing server (Works on PSA5000 appliance) also reached to EOS.

Ivanti manages PSA5000 support license. Do you think PSA5000 support license also reached to EOS?

Now nobody cannot purchase PSA5000 if Ivanti does not issue authcide?

do you have an authcode/license for the psa5000?
i would recommend reaching out to your account team for more information on licensing as they cannot be shared/transferred between appliances
