We do something similar to this using RSA tokens.  Basically, you define both the Token auth server and the AD auth server.  In the Sign In Page interface you specifcy a primary and secondary authentication server.  It is helpfull if both server's have a common username.

2FA is possible using rsa, certs, duo mobile, radius-compliant servers; OAUTH-specifically is not possible at this time. Definitely something worth bringing up to your account team for investigation as an enhancement request
