SA4700 - Local system user cannot get the intranet display properly on the browser

hi,

We have the SA4700. When local system users login to VPN, they can't get the intranet page displaying properly from the links menu.  Even they open new tab from the same browser it happens the same issue. However, if they opened new browser and manually typing the intranet URL, everything works just fine.  In addition,  there is no problem at all for Active Directory user.  I heard that this could be something with Single Sign-on issue.

Hi Tri Nguyen,

Check the local user role and active diretory user role's Session and UI options settings and see if anything is different.
