SA6500: Users dropped when adding/editing virtual ports

System Info

SA 6500 with 8.0R7.1 (build 32723) running

Problem:

Each time we create/edit a virtual port or create/edit a network host, all users sessions are dropped ans have to connect again.

In the logs we have the following line: Root System() - Starting services: client access server

Is this anormal behavior? Any help will be appreciated.

Yes that is normal when you make changes to the network settings. I think it actually warns you.

Thanks for the reply Filbert, but there is no warning whatsoever. I find it odd that for a change in configuration, all sessions are dropped.
