SA6500 upgrade

Hi ALL ,

 

I am new with SA box and need to upgrade SA6500 box from 7.1R3 to recent version i.e. 8.0R4.1 .

 

What will be the upgrade path ..do i need to upgrade any intermediate image or a direct upgrade is possible here .

 

Please share any upgrade document which I can follow .

It's recommended to upgrade first to 7.1R16, then upgrade to 8.0.  Recommended upgrade paths are given on the R1 release notes.
