SAML configuration

Hey,

I want to set up an authentication with azure SAML.

I used the following two documentations:

First question :

At this stage (System --> Configuration --> SAML --> Settings), the URL must be the internal URL or the external URL of the Pulse Secure?

Second question :

I followed the whole procedure, but when I test the connection via O365, I get the following result.

I already looked at the forum, someone was talking about the NTP server, but I looked, everything is up to date. Any idea?

2: office365 access should not be related to anything on the saml configuration.
