I faced problem in SA-4000, let me explain about this case, so a few days ago, the SA-4000 go through Slow to connect even can't connect completely, and my customer do the rough reboot, after reboot, the device is corrupt and then roll back to the latest configuration. in fact SA-4000 still fix with the problem and memory utilization is high, what cause this case?and how to solve it?may among you have faced the same case, please help.. thank's before

What is the Software build you are running?
Did you report the problem to Juniper Support? If not, please do.
Make sure when you open the case, attach the system snapshot which should tell us which process is consuming the Memory. Attach the user access logs, Admin logs and Events logs.

software running is 5.5R1, yes I did report to juniper support team, when I open this forum from juniper said they not found anything, but yesterday they give the solution to upgrade to version 6.2 above, because in this version problem for memory and CPU Utilization has fix.
