How can we customize the https://<[email protected] or hostname>/dana/home/index.cgi page ?

Is this possible to customize these pages as well ? additionnally to Sign-in Pages ?

This page is not customizable, but you can make a change in the User Roles > UI Options > Start Page to Custom Page.  This is where you can point to your own start up page where you can make your own changes to.
