SSL VPN not sending NAS-IP Address RADIUS attribute to RADIUS server

I tried using NTRadPing Test Utility, entering the Radius Server IP/Port, Shared Secret,User-Name,Password, Request Type: Authentication Request.

For Additional RADIUS Attribute: I  added NAS-IP Address: (The client IP address ) . NTRadPing was able to authenticate with RADIUS Server successfully.

Now, in SSL VPN SA 4500, I created a realm which uses Radius Authentication, and in NAS IP Address, I entered IP Address for Internal port. However , it  is not successful. I left NAS IP Address empty, it was not successful.

what is the server expecting for the value?

if you do a TCP dump on the internal port, do you se this value not being sent on the wire?
