SSL VPN with Remotely Anywhere

I have a server that sits behind a SSL VPN box, when a user logs in he has the option to connect to this server which uses Remotely Anywhere, which appears to be using Java.  Once the user connects and selects 'Remote Control' the user sees the Windows login but when he moves the mouse it 'ghosts', the mouse leaves a track of white squares.  If I disable the Remotely Anywhere software, and turn on Terminal Services everthing works correctly.  In the first instance I built a Web Bookmark, in the second I built a Terminal Services session.

Has anyone worked with Remotely Anywhere in this fashion?

Thanks.
