How can I configure SSL VPN on ISG 1000 firmware 6.1.X? Can someone please write complete configuration?

What is the usage of SSL VPN, how one can get adavantage of SSL VPN? Normally when you use SSL VPN instead of IPSec dial up vpn?

You can't utilize SSLVPN features on a ISG 1000. You need specific SSLVPN hardware. You can see the different models here:

Yes, consider SSLVPN a replacement for user based IPSec VPN connectivity. The SSLVPN can auto-detect which protocols are allowed and switch between an ESP (IPSEC) and a SSL encrypted session. The SSLVPN has lots of options on how to verify endpoints are safe and endless ways to restrict access to particular resources. The SSLVPN cannot do site to site VPN connections.
