Hi,
I know this isn't a RSA forum, but curious if any one has actually managed to get SSO working for the RSA Self Service portal on a Juniper SA, as I assume more people are using 2 factor auth.
In an ideal world the Juniper SA would have the option for a user to reset a their token PIN similar to the change (AD/LDAP) password feature on the IVE, but since that's not a feature, next best thing is to use RSA's own tool.
I've battled trying to get form based SSO to work, since it's a 2 step auth it's just a bit more complicated and I'm not clever enough apparently.
All the best,
No, but it's on my current to-do list.
I did manage to get both the Security console and Operations console to work via bookmark (the security console I got working with J-SAM.
with it being a two-step process, POST will not work.
your best bet sounds like it will be to require users to login again (it may require a diect access mechanism, such as JSAM or Pulse)
I know this is an older post, but did you get the self-service console working as well? The Operations Console works fine using the bookmark, but I am not sure how to get self-service console working.
When I attempt to connect to the Security Console using the bookmark I get the same error as the Self-Service. How did you configure the SA for the RSA Security-Console?
