SVW Error "Desktop could not be created"

Has anyone gotten this error before?  SVW attempts to launch and the user gets the error "Desktop could not be created. Please check system resources".  Computer in question is running Windows XP SP3 with 512MB of ram and ~6GB free on C:.  Kind of low on the specs I know, but I have many users running only 512MB of ram without issue.

Is the issue isolated to this specific client? If so please obtain a HijackThis log for my viewing.

Also is the SA throwing up any errors for this client?
