Client is running SVW from IVE version 7.3R7. For easy recognition, they set the desktop background in SVW to a brown color, distinct from their standard blue background. They allow the users to switch between the normal desktop and SVW for business reasons.
Often, but not always, when the user switches between desktops, the normal desktop picks up the SVW color. This can be rectified by right-click-->refresh on the background, but it is an annoyance.
Client devices are Windows 7 64-bit,
Has anyone else observed this behaviour in SVW, and if so, is there a fix?
Any help gratefullly received.
