Your best bet is to check with your account team on this. If it is something you are interested in, an enhancement request will be needed

I had a customer check in with his Regional Juniper SE and they told him that it is not currently supported as of 7.4R1, but it is in the works.  Apparently the advanced image that was given to Juniper from Microsoft for W8 was not the full production version.  If it had been then this would already be supported.  Stay tuned for updates....
