We are running V6.1R4 on our SA-2500 and have a user who is crashing and gets the following error in his Applications log when he's on Secure Meeting:

Following five minutes later he gets:

Twenty seconds later he gets:

ID: 1000
Faulting application dscboxui.exe, version 6.1.0.13437, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
Any ideas?
