Secure Virtual Workspace reveal in screensharing through Office communicator !!!

Hi, i need some advice/comment/feedback that users under SVW realm is able to perform screensharing to others and expose the information by doing screen capture. Is this a threshold leakage in SVW environment?

how to fix it or is there an options can be configured?

We're running on system version 7.1R5 SA6500.

SVW can be used to prevent specific applications (you put the known .exe in the deny text box). If there is a registry key to prevent windows-based screenshots, you can configure another host checker policy to set that value when it launches.

However, the overall no-screenshot-at-all is not possible

you would need to deny the application that does screensharing; otherwise theother side can take screen captures, yes, as SVW has no control on the 3rd party computer

I'd like to clarify the real scenario as i'm administrator and provide the SVW environment access to users, but i can't guarantee users (untrustworthy behavior) will reveal the screensharing to 3rd parties.

SVW is able to restrict control panel, copy paste, screenshot for user.  Is there a way can restrict on this ?

can we deny the application in IVE configuration ?

For sure, SVW can control user computer. Smiley Happy
