Smartscreen and Application Launcher

With the latest install of 9.1R11.3 has anybody else get problems downloading and installing the Pulse App Launcher? Once it downloads Chromium blocks it because it could harm your device. But clicking on "keep" it brings up Windows Defender SmartScreen stating this app is not commonly downloaded: you should open files you trust. Once you click "keep it anyway" you can then install it.

Wasn't like this before, what changed?

I just installed the 9.1R11.3 and had a few people test and we are getting the same thing.

Re: Smartscreen and Application Launcher

I'm thinking because the cert is also new on this as well that Smartscreen doesn't have it in it's safe list.

That new PSAL MSI is brand new.  Perhaps Smartscreen just doesn't see the hash for that file frequently enough yet?
