We've got a new design for the CSC (Customer Support Center) just about ready to launch, and I wanted to invite you to take a test-drive and provide some feedback.

The primary goal of this new design was to simplify the interface and de-clutter the current user experience. It was also designed to be a faster, more dynamic experience - moving between products for example. And finally, a much more connected experience, with more direct connections to product support resources.
