When AV is out of date, Pulse usually tried to remediate before displaying the 'Your security is unsatisfactory' message. Is there a way to get it to display the message without trying to auto-remediate?

Yes HC is set to remediate. I've done some further testing, and yes I agree with you, I dont think its possible to stop this without me removing remediation completely, which is not what I want.
