Strange event log/Host checker message using Virtual Desktop

Hi.

Juniper SA 2000, v 6.5R8.

Some computers (win 7) tried to connect to a Virtual Desktop Realm, but the host checker fail on their browser with a "security problem" message.

Here is the event log message in the juniper console interface :

Host Checker policy 'SecureWebmail' failed on host XX.XX.XX.XX . Reason: 'Îȍ_ASecure Vitual WorkspaceâíÄNÄäÄCÄAÄ Ägâê 64 ÄrÄbÄgâí Windows ââêÄTÄ|[Ägâ_ââ€â¢â†â_▁B'.

Any clue to help me, or help me to find what's wrong ?

Are these non-English Windows PCs?
Also I see a note regarding 64 in the string. Are these clients using x64 windows? If yes, that is not supported.
With that said, you also shouldn't see that garbled text (looks like possibly a 2byte language trying to be rendered)
