Stuck at securing connection and fails with 1205 virtual adapter not found. Won't reconnect.
I work for a company that uses Cisto VPN and one of our clients uses Pulse Secure. The client is in Europe and I'm doing support from the US. I have a lot of "1205 virtual adapter not found" almost every hoiur or so and my laptop frezes constanly. I got a second laptop from the company I work for and I completely uninstall Cisco VPN and to my surprise I still have issues. Two funny things are happening: 1. besides all the times in between I always get disconnected at 6 PM Paris time. 2. Someone else from the company I work for whom is in Europe tried and he doe snot have any issues.
The client believes everything is OK because they test in Europe and it seems to be working when people connects when in Europe.
Does anyone have a similar experience, can this be a regional setting on the client's Pulse Secure configuration?
Any advice is apreciated, and the answer is "no" I already tried. I asked to be send to europe to do the support and the answer was "no". Thank yo in advance.
