Support for 64-bit Linux

When will 64-bit Linux be supported?

Nearly all modern Linux installations are 64-bit, and forcing users to work around the problem by using virtual 32-bit machines or tricky 32-bit workarounds in the 64-bit environment is not really an acceptable level of support. And this has been the case for years.

We are currently working on 64-bit Pulse client for Linux. Once we have more information about when this will be available, I can update this thread.

I wanted to update this thread that Pulse Secure for Linux is available starting with 8.1R7.

In PCS 8.1R7, the client is still 32bit but some 32bit system libs are installed
"yum install glibc.i686 nss.i686 zlib.i686"

in PCS 8.2R1, there in no Pulse Linux client.

Yes, we are aware the Pulse Secure Linux client is not available in the 8.2R1 admin console. We are working to resolve this in the next release. However, the Pulse Secure Linux client is compatible with 8.2R1.

I will look into the 32-bit libraries.

I installed the deb package on a Unbuntu 14.04 LTS, but, I was unable to launch it. Do you have a post or something which explain how to use it:

I tries to launch it like this:

/usr/local/pulse/PulseClient.sh -h -u -p -U -f
