I have a client that was able to connect remotely late Nov - early Dec and now is unable and is receiving a Host Check Failed message. I've looked on the PDFs of what is currently supported and it is on the list.
I am currently running a Clustered paid of SA4000s with 6.4R1.0 with ESAP 1.5.5
Is there anything I can do to allow this user? Or will there be an ESAP that addresses this issue?
Is this one user or multiple user?
The error looks like the client is not compliant due to Virus defs being out of date.
Confirm if the AV defs are up-to-date. Also confirm that SA has the latest Virus def signature downloaded.
If all fails, I would suggest opening a case with support, so that we can investigate further.
Thanks.
I questioned the Virus Def but the user stated it was all up to date. I have ESAP 1.5.5 on my appliances which are in a cluster so I technically should be all set. I will probably obtain the debug log and open a case with Juniper to analyze the log and see where the failure is happening. I know other versions of Kaspersky had changed something which made the clients fail if the SA was at 1.5.4 of the ESAP but it was my understanding that was corrected in ESAP1.5.5.
