Telnet/SSH does not work for remote session

I have just setup a User Role, only alllowed to be able to connect to SSH to a few specified devices.

I created the Session details and when I log in to test they all show up when I click them I get a Red Cross in the IE Window.

Is there anything I need to configure on the SA4500 or is this a user PC issue?

If you have the ACL set, could be Oracle/Sun JRE is not installed. The SSH/telnet connection is a Java applet. What you are describing is visually the indication that Java is not installed.

Is this happening for all users or just this one PC?
