Running into an issue and have never ran into it before. Have a user that click on the Terminal Server Bookmark and receives the error “Failed to download application. Please sign in & try again, if error persists please contact your administratorâ€. We leverage a MAG6611 with 2 x SM-160s running 8.0R13.0 in an Active/Passive mode. Found an old document that referred to this error in Secure Meeting but it was from release 5.4 other then that couldn't find much and mentioned contacting support but seems to be only one user. The Terminal Server Bookmark worked last week and then stopped so they un-installed and went to re-install and got stuck in this state.
