As of today, staff are no longer accessing our system from home. Normally, they log on to Pulse Secure via the web interface and then select their PC, which is then forwarded via the terminal server service.
The message immediately appears on all PCs:
an unexpected error has occurred

Does anyone have any tips or ideas?
Thanks, I thought it might have something to do with that. But I wasn't sure, because it says something about VPN and our users don't set up a connection with a VPN client, but log on to Pulse via the web and then it goes on to their PC via a terminal service. So we have to wait until the problem is solved.
I am also confused on this. I am not enforcing host checking and I am unable to use the Terminal Services option that goes direct to my PC. I can use the HTML and Pulse Secure VPN Tunneling option fine and RDP that way but not all my users have this option. Running 9.1R9.1 (build 9701)
I am receiving an error currently that "An unexpected error occured." then "Detected an internal error. Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator." This only occurs when connecting to the Terminal Service option. I am able to HTML5 and use an RDP client over Pulse Secure tunneling however.
I am not enforcing host checking options though so this is still related? Happened just at the same time.
Hi,
I've two different clusters (appliance model and virtualized) and I'm receiveng the same error when launching RDP bookmarks: "An unexpected error occured." then "Detected an internal error. Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator".
However HTML5 bookmars works.
This error also happens when executing hostchecker, it fails.
Same problem here. Internal error and failed to download app.
Hi,
Same problem here, can't connect to RDP and VPN but HTML bookmarks still work.
Any information when problems are solved? This is a very bad situation!
