Hello,
today we got
"Terminal Services Client - No valid license available"
German: "Terminal Services Client - Es ist keine Gltige Softwarelizenz verfgbar."
on an Windows XP client.
But we can connect to the same Terminal Server via another user over same Profile and directly without SSLVPN.
Anybody seen this message before?
Best Regards
Markus
Under User Roles/Role/Terminal Services/Options
Do you have the property Enable Java for Remote Desktop Launcher enabled?
If so you are forcing windows users to use the Premium Hob RDP client and that is separately licensed. You only get two free seats. If you un check that then Windows users will use the built in rdp client. We had to create a separate role for linux/mac users and match them via role restrictions that match on the browser strings.
We don't use Java client.
Are there any messages on the server at the same time? What does the user access log say? What does your client-side log say? How is your bookmark configured?
We had the same problem, I think it is a license-problem on the terminal-server. Have a look on your free licenses on the terminal-server.
Regards,
Marc
