Few people are experiencing problem to get access to Terminal Services sessions since we upgraded our IVE to version 6.5R4. They can connect to the IVE but when they try to access a Terminal Sessions RDP link they are getting the following message: "Juniper Terminal Services Client could not establish connection to Secure Gateway. Click OK to exit and retry"
Is someone experienced this problem before ?
Does the problem continue after uninstalling the Juniper TS client? How many users? What client OS? Can you enable client-side logging for Terminal Services, have a failing user connect, and post the resulting log (debuglog.log) and one from a successful use case? Does your user access log show any failure?
Maybe, they have old version of Juniper RDP client.
Try the following (on user`s PC);
- Go to "Start --> Settings --> Control Panel --> Add or remove programs";
- Delete "Juniper Terminal Services Client";
- Sign in to IVE and click any RDP link.
The new version of Juniper Terminal Services Client should be installed.
