Trouble installing Pulse Secure setup client on WYSE Thin Client with Windows 7 embedded OS

We are running WYSE Thin client terminals with WES7 OS installed 32bit (Windows 7 Embedded). I'm trying to install Pulse Secure r5.2.5 from our website. The download happens just find but the install bombs at 33% each time with a System Error: Please sign in and try again. I am logged in as the local administrator. I've also tried to install the same using the PulseSecure.x86.msi and it also rolls back the install after a short amount of time. Previously we had Network Connect 7.0 and 7.4 installed. Even after removing everything Juniper related (manually also) I still can't get the machine to move past the same failure point. We believe that this may be related to a driver that wont update but cant be sure. We have also checked that the system wasn't trying to run in Compatibility with Windows XP and it's not checked. Please Help we are dying out here. BTW we are using Full Hard Drive Encryption and McAfee antivirus (which I turned off).

The issue may be the embedded OS element as it is not supported; do you see the same behavior with Network Connect (I would expect the same failure; however, since it was working previously, possibly it will still)?
I would recommend working with your account team to put in a request for the embedded OS support you are needing
