Two Problems - VNC & Firefox

We are trialling an SA2000 version 5.1r2 against a Cisco ASA and have hit a couple of issues , wondering if anybody has any thoughts.

We would like to allow use of VNC as a plugin for remote users to connect to non RDPdevices within our network (Sort of like a home user connecting to a Windows 2000 server in the office)

also we cannot get Firefox 3.5 to work at all, we get to the login name/password screen , enter the details and get a "Please wait" message and there it hangs.......

Hello,

I would recommend upgrading to the latest Firmware before you test any further. Based on my recent test results, I don't think Firefox 3.5 is fully supported yet. With regards to VNC, I would recommend using WSAM/JSAM with VNC or Network Connect. I haven't tried using the VNC plug-in. I hope this helps.
