My apologies if this has been addressed and I am just not seeing it. We are using Juniper Network Connect 22.214.171.124.41041 R1 and we have been running into this issue of upon first time logging into the VPN, it prompts the user's to download components which requires an Administrative login. We tried updating to the R3 version as we had heard that fixed this issue to no avail.
Does anyone have any advice on this? Are we missing something blaringly obvious in regard to this issue?
As @zanyterp mentioned, please install Juniper Networks installer service EXE file (Download it from the VPN server by navigating to Maintenance >> System >> Installers) on the user machine prior installing Network connect through web session.
