Unable to Restart Windows after disconnecting Pulse Secure VPN

Hello Team, 

I'm unable to restart windows after disconnecting pulse secure VPN, also second time it stucks on Securing connection.  
- I dont have any soft phone Installed
- I dont have any Cisco Anyconnect client Installed
- I dont have Jabber Installed.

Can you please provide the Pulse Client logs for review? send the logs to me as PM.
