Re: Unable to configure virtual adapter after reinstalling Pulse

Thank you
In addition to what [email protected] suggested/mentioned, you can disable the Checkpoint driver from the Pulse adapter to see if that has a positive impact as well

Re: Unable to configure virtual adapter after reinstalling Pulse

We encounter the same issue (Win7 Pro x64) after a previous unistall of Pulse Secure.

BFE is running

MaxNumFilters registry value is set to 8 (we tryed to change but without results)

On device manager we found: Juniper Networks Virtual Adapter Manager (with yellow exclamation point and error code 39)

but we do not found the: Juniper Virtual !!Adapter!! listed as network adapters

This could be the issue?

Re: Unable to configure virtual adapter after reinstalling Pulse

We are facing the same issue on Win 7 Pro x64 after reinstalling Pulse Secure (previous uninstall due to other reasons).

BFE is ok

MaxNumFilters registry is set to value 8 (we tryed even with 14 but the issue persists)

On device manager we found: juniper networks virtual adapter manager (with yellow exclamation point and error code 39)

but we don't found: juniper adapter (show hidden devices active)

This could be the cause?

Could you give us some hints in order to restore?

Thanks
