Im unable to connect Exchange once i connect via NC .I did packet capture i can see NC users can send SYN packet but there is no response from Exchange
Be informed there is not F/W exist between NC and Exchange
Are other backend resources other than exchange accessible via NC
If you run tracert exchnage server IP, where does the packet drop

Are you able to telnet to the exchange server on port 25 from your command prompt. If yes, then the problem might be with the application . Please check if outlook configuration and stuff are proper. If you are not able to telnet, and see only SYN being sent and nothing comes back, then there might be issues with connectivity or access. Like asked before, doing a trace route might possibly indicate where the traffic might be getting dropped.

Is this issue seen by all clients connected via network connect, there seems to be no issue with the network connect as you are able to access other applications.
we need to analyze the wireshark captures to look into this.Is it possible for you to open a case with JTAC?
Thanks for your reply ,i can ping the server but cant telnet once i did packet capture . I found that i can send sysn packet only there is no response from server
