Unable to connect to Juniper Network connect

HI,

 

I am experiencing issues with network connect and WSAM is launching, preventing juniper network connect VPN to connect. I just want to connect Juniper. Could you please help regarding.

Does the network connect not launching or not connecting after launching? When WSAM was launched.

Is WSAM being auto-launched after sign-in?

What happens if you click on Network connect "Start" button? and any luck on exiting the WSAM client from the tray (Exit, don't sign-out) and using the network connect?

I am not sure about the runtime coexistence of those two, @zanyterp any thoughts? Will WSAM disrupt the Network connect calls in any way?

only one client can run at a time. if WSAM is open, you will not be able to launch Network Connect. as @Ray said, you will need to exit WSAM prior to launching Network Connect as WSAM blocks Network Connect. Alternately, you can login through the Network Connect client directly.
Please note: both of these clients are deprecated. I would recommend working on the transition to Pulse.
