Unable to connect

Hi, 

I'm having problems signing in with secondary password and getting error 1319/1382.  Never been a problem before. Any ideas?

1319 - Authentication rejected by server (need to check the VPN server's user access logs for more info)

1382 - user input timeout (credentials were not provided within the 2-mins timeout)

 

# Are you receiving the secondary auth.prompt everytime when you try to connect to VPN?

# What type of secondary auth is being used? PIN/passcode? MFA?
