Have Tried the Max Num Filters option and also uninstalling of Cisco application

When trying to install automatically rollback happens
Which application of Cisco was uninstalled? Can you also try uninstalling the AV, reboot and install the Pulse Client?

@subba8786 based on my experiences with some of our clients we faces same issue when this user trying to install PSC in his machine and we found some of reasons for rollback;
- Make sure youe Anti-Virus not blocking PSC (Whitelisting Pulse Secure Client).
- Esclate User privilge to Admin.
- Use any other machine not a part of Domain Group (Workgroup).

How do you install the pulse secure client ? By online, or offline ?
I saw some problem, caused by antivirus software, can be fixed by offline installation. However, you have to extract policy file and packages from your pulse secure connect for offline installation.
