Unable to map networki dirves in W10

Hi,

Im not able to map network drives in W10. If we use W7 is working fine, but not in W10.

PSA version is: 8.3R7

Is there any issue mapping networks drive in W10??error is "denied access"

"Access denied" seems to be sent by the NFS server not by the VPN server...

Does the Win10 machine and the user account has permission to access the share drive?

Please capture the traffic using wireshark on the windows 10 machine while mapping the network drive and share it for review.

How are you connecting to map the drive: WSAM, Pulse SAM, VPN?
