Unlock ip address

Hello,

i have setup lockout options in System - Security - Miscellaneous and had some users ip addresses locked;

cand these addresses be unlocked ? and if yes, from where ?

There is no manual removal if the lockout; it is removed automatically by the system

No - they remain locked for the duration of the lockout period and then they automatically are reset and login attempts are allowed again.
