Upgrade Error - Request Body is Too Large

Trying to upgrade a PSA3000 from 9.0R3.5 to 9.1R5.0. Fails with a "Request Body is Too Large" error.

Tried straight upgrade and staged upgrade - no luck.

 

Anyone see this?

Ideas?
