Upgrade OS 7.3 SSLVPN SA4500

Hello,

I want upgrade new os for my SA4500.

The current os 6.3. So I want to upgrade to the lastest version 7.3.

Please help me check:

I can direct upgrade to the lastest version (from 6.3 --> 7.3)

Or i must be upgrade step by step (6.3-->next version-->7.3)

Please help me the guide line upgrade.

Hi,

Please check the realease notes of 7.3r1 and sectio upgrading to this release.

6.3x is listed as a supported version from which you can directly upgrade to 7.3r1

My advice is if you are having users with restricted rights on their machines who has installed juniper installer service to help them run client softwares like network connect,terminal services etc, push the new version of juniper installer service to those users prior to upgrading, the JIS can be downloaded from the admin page of the SA4500

I checked on release note. So can direct upgrade from 6.3 direct to 7.3.

My device only using sslvpn. Client access by web browse.

Can i upgrade direct 6.3 to 7.3?

Do not anything on client?
