Upgrade SA 4000

We have running 2 SA4000 which are in Cluster Mode active/passive our currents Release is 6.4R1 (build 14063) and we want to upgrade to Version 6.5R3

after I have broken the cluster and make a backup from the system I want to upgrade the primary box, but I still always get an error like:

Step 1: Verifying package integrity ... failed

and I dont know, why this occours does anyone have an idea, why this occours?

We just upgraded from 6.4R1 to 6.5R3.1 and didn't have any trouble. We have a cluster of SA4000's. I didn't break the cluster first, though.

Maybe try a reboot of the device and try again? I disabled each device in my cluster and rebooted both before the upgrade, then enabled the cluster and proceeded with the upgrade.

Have you tried re-downloading the file?

Is it possible to connect to the IVE directly via rollover cable and try the upgrade?
