Upload VMWare view client * Size cannot exceed 25 MB * Client is 31 MB

We're running 7.2R2 on MAG 4610 cluster. When uploading the latest VMWare View client ( 31MB) error appears: "Client size should be less than 25 MB , Failed to upload VMware Client "

When will Juniper address this error?

That will be something you need to address with your account team.

You can get around this by enabling the option

Access the URL through the Junos Pulse Secure Access Service

Unless you are deailing with a zillion people doiing concurrent uploads I have never found this method to be an issue.

Hi,

If your concurrent user base using this feature is large , then host the client on a file server which is available externally and publish the URL under download from a URL, if the number of users using this feature is not that large, you can host the file on an internally available server and check the option " Access the URL through the Junos Pulse Secure Access Service (Select this option if users cannot reach the URL above directly)"

As Zantyterp said, an enhancement request can be raised with the accounts team if uploading citrix or vmware clients with size more than 25 kb is to be supported in the future.
